Italian Vegetables
1 package (10 ounce) frozen chopped spinach
1 can (28 ounce) tomatoes, cut up
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, crushed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 ounce) butter beans, drained

Combine all ingredients; except the beans. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes; stir often. Add beans and heat through.

Makes 8 servings.
