| 1 (16 ounce) can whole 1 (16 ounce) can cream style corn 1 (4 ounce) stick margarine, melted 8 ounces sour cream (low-fat prefered) 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix Melt margarine (must be stick) in saucepan. Add all ingredients and mix well. Turn into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until well set in the middle. Makes 8 servings. |
