| Cheese Cauliflower | |||||||
| 1 head of cauliflower 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 tablespoon mustard 1 pound Velveeta Cut greens off of the cauliflower. Puncture with a fork all over the vegetable. Rinse under cold water so that the water collects in the puncture holes. Put in a microwaveable dish and cover. Cook in microwave on high for 11 minutes. Mix mayonnaise and mustard together. Spread mixture evenly over the cauliflower. Return to the microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes. Slice Velveeta and cover the cauliflower with cheese. Return to the microwave and cook on high for 2 more minutes. Serve hot. |
