Broccoli w/Easy Hollandaise Sauce

2 (10 ounces) packages frozen broccoli spears
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat till just heated. Serve over broccoli.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
