Broccoli Casserole

1(10 ounce) package frozen broccoli, cooked
3 ounces cream cheese
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1(2.8 oounce) can French fried onions
1/2 cup American, Cheddar or Colby grated cheese
1 cup milk

Make white sauce by creaming cream cheese, butter, flour and milk. Add cooked broccoli, 1/3 can onions and cheese. Stir and put in greased 1-1/2 qt. casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Top with remaining onions. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
