Barbecued Green Beans

2 cans green beans (drained)
2 medium onions (chopped)
1/2 medium green pepper (chopped)
1 (8 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
3 strips bacon

Fry bacon; drain and crumble. Sauté onion and green pepper in some of the bacon fat. Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees, covered, 20 to 30 minutes.
