Sausage Tortellini Soup
1 pound Italian sausage
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 (14-1/2 ounce) cans beef broth
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 cup red wine
2 carrots (diced)
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons Italian seasonings
2 small zucchini (sliced and cut into bite-size pieces)
1 (9 ounce) package cheese tortellini

Brown the sausage and onion. Drain. Combine all of the ingredients and simmer 30 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with shredded parmesan cheese. Serve with bread and make it a meal.
