Fish Chowder
2 cans Snows Clam Chowder
2 quarts half and half (you may want to add more)
1 large box Knorr Chicken Bouillon cubes (big double box)
1 medium onion (chopped)
3 stalks celery (chopped)
1/2 stick butter
1 can corn
2 potatoes (diced)
2 carrots (diced)
1 pound Orange Roughy (microwave 4 minuets)
1 can minced clams (drained)
1 pound small (cocktail) shrimp, cooked

Sauté the onion and celery in the butter until soft but not browned. In a 5 quart soup pot, combine the onion and celery with the rest of the ingredients. Cook for 2 to 3 hours.
