| Cream of Cauliflower Soup | |||||||
| 2 cups water 2 packages instant chicken broth 1 cup celery chopped 1 tablespoon dehydrated onion flakes 1/2 teaspoon pepper 3 cups cooked chopped cauliflower 1-1/2 cup evaporated skim milk In a pan heat water to boiling, add broth mix, celery, onion, salt and pepper. Cover and cook until celery is tender. Pour celery mixture into a blender and process until smooth. Gradually add cauliflower processing after each addition until smooth. Pour into a saucepan stir in milk. Heat and serve. |
