Yorkshire Pudding
3 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups flour
Suet

Combine eggs milk, salt and flour. Beat with a rotary beater until smooth and well blended. Melt suet in a 9x13x2-inch baking pan to cover bottom of pan. Pour batter into hot grease. Remove suet pieces. Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown and crusty. Cut into squares to serve.

Makes 8 servings.
