| Three Cheese Macaroni | |||||||
| 3 cups macaroni, cooked and drained 1 (11 ounce) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup 1 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, divided 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, divided 1/2 grated Parmesan cheese, divided 1 (28 ounce) can Durkee French fried onions, divided Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 1-1/2 quart casserole, combine hot macaroni, soup, milk, seasons, 1/4 cup each of Swiss, Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses and 1/2 can Durkee onions. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining cheeses and onions. Uncovered and bake 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
