Corn Casserole
1/2 pound sausage
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
2 (14-3/4 ounce) cans cream style corn
Buttered cracker crumbs

Brown sausage, onion and green pepper. Drain. Stir in eggs and milk. Add cream style corn and mix. Top with buttered cracker crumbs and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until set and lightly browned.

Note:
To make buttered cracker crumbs, just crunch up saltine crackers in a bag and put melted butter or margarine over them and mix.
