Steak Marinade
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup cooking oil
2 tablespoons green onions with tops, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
4 teaspoons sugar
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Combine all the marinade ingredients. Pour over steaks. Let stand 3 to 4 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator, turning steaks several times. Broil or grill steaks to the degree of doneness you prefer.

Makes enough to marinate 4 steaks.
