Spicy Herb Marinade
1/2 cup ReaLemon Lemon Juice from Concentrate
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Instant minced onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 teaspoons chicken or beef flavor instant bouillon
1 teaspoon thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon oregano leaves

Combine ingredients; mix well. In shallow dish or plastic bag, pour over chicken, beef or pork. Cover; marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Remove meat from marinade; heat marinade. Grill or broil as desired, basting frequently with marinade. Refrigerate leftover meat.

Makes about 3/4 cups.
