| Maple Barbecue Sauce | |||||||
| 3/4 cup maple syrup 2 tablespoons chili sauce 2 tablespoons cider vinegar 1-1/2 tablespoons chopped onions 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Combine all ingredients and brush on all sides of meat. This is enough to cover approximately 3 pounds of beef, pork or poultry. Broil, grill or bake; basting frequently with sauce. Makes about 1 cup sauce. |
