| Creamed Mushrooms | |||||||
| 3 tablespoons butter 1 pound sliced mushrooms 1/4 cup chopped green onions 2 tablespoons flour 1-1/2 cup milk 2 tablespoons parsley 1/8 teaspoon salt Dash pepper In skillet melt butter. Add mushrooms and green onions and cook until tender (3 -5 minutes). Stir in the flour until smooth. Add the parsley, salt and pepper, stir. Gradually add milk while stirring. Cook until thickened. Serve over rice, noodles, or thinly sliced meat. |
