Citrus Glaze

1/2 cup tomato catsup
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Combine ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickend and translucent. Pour into jar and cover tightly. Cool and refrigerate. Baste or pour over chicken, ribs or
hamburgers.

Makes 1-1/4 cups.
