| Cider Ham Glaze | |||||||
| 1 cup apples, diced 1 cup apricots 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 2 cup apple cider 1/2 teaspoon crushed cloves Soak apricots in cider for 1 hour. After ham has cooked 1-1/2 hours, remove from oven. Add above ingredients, blended together. Return to oven and continue until done. Note: The rule of thumb for cooking ham is to cook at 325 degrees for 25 minutes per pound. |
