Apple Juice Marinade
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup white grape or apple juice
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoon rubbed dried sage
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup olive oil

Mix all ingredients together well. Pour over beef, pork or chicken and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.
