| Curried Chicken Salad |

| 1 (8 ounce) jar chutney 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise 1 tablespoon curry powder 2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast 1 large celery rib, sliced 3 green onions, sliced Pita bread Combine chutney, yogurt, mayonnaise and curry powder in medium bowl; mix well. Add chicken, celery and green onions; toss to coat. Cover; refrigerate for 1 hour. Spoon salad into Pita Bread. Makes 4 servings. |
