Green Bean And Pea Salad

2 cans French-cut green beans, drained
1 can peas, drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 (2 ounce) jar pimento, chopped
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
1-2 cups water
Salt and pepper

Toss beans, peas, onion, pepper, celery and pimento to mix. Combine vinegar, oil, water and seasoning. Pour over salad and refrigerate for several hours. Use a slotted spoon to serve.

Makes 12 servings.
