B.L.T. Salad w/Poppy Seed Dressing

5 cups torn greens or spinach
2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes (halved)
1/2 pound bacon (cooked and crumbled)
2 hard-cooked eggs (peeled and chopped)
1/3 cup bottled poppy seed salad dressing

Place greens in a large bowl. Top with tomatoes, bacon and eggs. Drizzle with dressing. Toss gently to coat.

Makes 8 servings.
