Apple Spinach Salad
2 cups baby spinach leaves
1 medium apple, thinly sliced
2 tablespoon chopped celery
2 tablespoon toasted* pecans, chopped
2 tablespoons Italian reduced fat dressing

Toss ingredients with dressing in large bowl.

Makes 2 servings.

*To toast nuts, spread in a single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring occasionally.
