Turkey Meatloaf
1-1/2 pound of ground turkey
1 small box of croutons (pick your flavor)
1 portabella mushroom
2 onions
1 whole garlic or equivilent chopped jarred garlic
1 yellow or red pepper, (don't use green pepper)
1 bottle of tiger sauce
Chula
Parsley Flakes
2 eggs
2 avocados (one sliced and reserved)

Chop onions, mushrooms, garlic (a little finer than the others, but do not mush), peppers and one avocado.

In a large bowl, mix the turkey, eggs and croutons. Add 2 - 4 tablespoons of Chula (this adds the spice, so use your desecration).  Add 1/4 bottle of the Tiger sauce and a tablespoon of the parsley flaxes.  Add in all the vegetables.  Do the onions and garlic first, then mix in the rest except the avocado. Gently mix in the avocado (you don't want to handle the avocado to much, they are mushy and we want them in there whole).  Put into a rectangular baking dish and cover with the remainder of the Tiger sauce.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.  Do not over cook.  Overcooking will cause it dry out. Place sliced avocado on top of sliced loaf  before serving.
