Santa Fe Stir Fry
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion or Onion-Mushroom Recipe Soup Mix
1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)
1/2 teaspoon Lawry's Garlic Powder with Parsley
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
2 cups frozen assorted vegetables, partially thawed and drained
Hot cooked rice

In large skillet, blend onion recipe soup mix, oil, water, lime juice and garlic powder; let stand 5 minutes. Bring soup mixture to a boil; stir in chicken and vegetables. Cook uncovered 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until chicken is done. Serve over hot rice.

Garnish, if desired, with chopped parsley and lime slices.

Makes about 4 servings.
