Roasted Herbed Chicken
4 chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons butter, melted
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon thyme or sage
3 cloves garlic minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange chicken breasts in baking dish. Mix the rest of the ingredients well; and brush evenly on the chicken. Bake 45 minuets to 1 hour until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork. Brush occasionally with herb mixture.
