| No-Peek Skillet Chicken | |||||||
| 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil 2-1/2 to 3-pound chicken, cut into serving pieces 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) whole peeled tomatoes, undrained 1 jar (4-1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained 1 clove garlic, minced 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Recipe Soup Mix Hot cooked noodles In 12-inch skillet, heat oil and brown chicken; drain. Stir in tomatoes, mushrooms and garlic combined with onion recipe soup mix. Simmer covered 45 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve over hot noodles and sprinkle, if desired, with chopped fresh parsley. Makes about 6 servings. |
