Lemon Chicken w/Peppers & Artichoke Hearts
2-1/2 to 3 pound chicken, cut into serving pieces
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Golden Herb with Lemon Soup Mix
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 can (15 ounce) artichoke hearts, drained and each cut in half

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large plastic bag or bow, add all ingredients except artichoke hearts. Close bag and shake, or toss in bowl, until chicken is evenly coated. In 13x9-inch baking or roasting pan, arrange chicken mixture; discard bag. Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Stir in artichoke hearts and bake uncovered an additional 20 minutes or until chicken is done.

Makes about 4 servings.
