Golden Glazed Chicken Breasts
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Recipe Soup Mix
2/3 cup apricot preserves
1/2 cup water
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 large red or green peppers, sliced
Hot cooked rice

In small bowl, thoroughly combine onion recipe soup mix, apricot preserves and water; set aside.

In foil-lined broiler pan, arrange chicken breasts and peppers; top with soup mixture. Broil 10 minutes or until chicken is done, turning once. Serve over hot rice.

Makes about 4 servings.
