Chicken Casserole
4 to 6 chicken breasts
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10-3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 to 1/2 cup red or white wine
3/4 to 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Salt and pepper chicken breasts arrange side by side in a 13-by-9-by-2-inch or proper-sized casserole dish. Mix soups, wine and mushrooms together and pour over chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until chicken is completely done. Serve with white rice.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
