| Chicken and Stuffing w/Curry | |||||||
| 1 (16 ounce) package herb seasoned stuffing mix 4 chicken breasts, halved 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 tablespoon curry powder 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 lemon, thinly sliced Add water to stuffing mix as directed on package. Spread stuffing over bottom of shallow baking dish. Arrange chicken on top of stuffing. Mix cream of chicken soups, curry, and lemon juice and pour over all in casserole. Place thinly sliced lemon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours. Makes 8 servings. |
