| 8 boneless chicken breasts 8 slices of Swiss cheese 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup white wine 2 cups herb stuffing mix 1/2 cup melted butter Place chicken breasts in a large casserole dish. Cover each chicken breast with a slice of swiss cheese. Mix Cream of Chicken soup and wine together, pour over the chicken and cheese. Top evenly with the herb stuffing mix and pour the melted butter over the stuffing. Cover with Foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake 15 minutes more. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
