1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup margarine melted
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Mix all ingredients together and put in a buttered casserole dish.
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. melted butter
Crumble this mixture on top of mashed potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
