Sweet Potato Bake

2 cups sweet potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
1-1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups evaporated milk, large can
1 teaspoon vanilla

Topping:
1/4 cup flour
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup coconut

Mix together sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, evaporated milk and vanilla. Put into a greased 1-1/2 or 2 quart casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Then mix together flour, butter, brown sugar, pecans and coconut. Pour on top of potatoes and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
