Potato Casserole With Cheese

4 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup sour cream
3/4 stick Cracker Barrell Sharp Cheddar cheese
Diced or minced onion to taste
Seasoned salt

Mix all ingredients together and put in a 1-1/2 to 2 quart lightly greased casserole dish. Sprinkle seasoned salt lightly on top to taste. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees or until lightly browned and heated through.

Note:
Works best made with instant potatoes.
