| 5 pounds potatoes 1 pint (16 ounces) sour cream 1 (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened Boil potatoes until done. Drain. Mash, adding sour cream and cream cheese. If potatoes seem dry after mashing, you can add a little milk and butter. Spread in a 9x13-inch greased baking pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until hot and lightly browned. Makes 10 to 15 servings. |
