3 cups hot mashed potatoes (prepared without salt)
1/3 cup sour cream or milk
1/3 cup chopped green onions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Heat Cheez Whiz as directed on the label. Mix all ingredients and spoon the mixture into a 1-quart casserole. Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
For a variation stir in one of the following:
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 (3 ounce) package Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese, softened
