Deluxe Hash Browns

2 pound package frozen hash browns
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and put in a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours until liquid is absorbed and top is browned.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
