| Broiled Red Potatoes | |||||||
| 4 unpeeled medium red potatoes 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon salt, optional 1/4 teasoon pepper Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch slices; place in a microwave-safe bowl. Combine butter , Worcestershire sauce, salt if desired and pepper; pour over potatoes. Cover and cook on high for 1 to 2 minutes or until butter melts. Gently toss to coat potatoes. Place potatoes in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Broil for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until browned. Makes 4 servings. |
