1/4 cup water
1 jar (8 ounces) Cheez Whiz Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Place the potatoes and water in 1-1/2 quart microwavable casserole and cover. Microwave on HIGH for 8 minutes; then drain well. Microwave Cheez Whiz as directed on label. Stir into potatoes; Bake 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
For a variation add one or more of the following:
1/4 cup chopped onion (sautéed until soft)
1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken, turkey or ham
4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
