| Pork and Apple Casserole | |||||||
| 8 (1/2 to 1-inch thick) pork chops Shake ‘n Bake Seasoning and Coating Mix for pork 1/3 cup sugar 2 tablespoons flour, 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg 4 cups sliced peeled tart apples Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add apples and toss to mix well. Put in a 13x9-inch baking pan and arrange evenly in bottom of pan. Coat the pork chops as directed on package of Shake ‘n Bake. Place over apple mixture. Bake at 425 degrees for 35 minutes or until pork is cooked through. Makes 8 servings. |
