Spiced Pork and Apples
3 cups rice, cooked
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder 
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
3/4 teaspoon ground cloves 
3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
3/4 teaspoon white pepper 
1 pound pork, thinly sliced
3/4 cup apple juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce 
1 tablespoon cider vinegar 
1 tablespoon cornstarch 
3 apples, sliced

Prepare rice according to package directions. Cover and set aside. Meanwhile blend garlic powder, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and white pepper in a bowl; sprinkle over the pork; set aside.

Blend apple juice, soy sauce, cider vinegar and cornstarch in a bowl; set aside. Heat skillet over medium-high heat;add oil. Add pork and cook, stirring continuously for about 4 minutes or until browned. Remove pork from skillet; cover and keep warm.

Add apple to skillet; stir and cook until apple is lightly browned. Return pork to skillet; add apple juice mixture. Cook, stirring until sauce thickens. Serve over cooked rice.
