Peachy Pork Picante
4 boneless top loin pork chops, cubed
3 tablespoons taco seasoning (1 package is pretty close)
1 cup salsa (your choice depending on how hot you want it)
4 tablespoons peach preserves

Toss pork with taco seasoning; lightly brown pork cubes in a non-stick skillet over med-high heat; stir in salsa and preserves, bring to boil, lower heat, cover and simmer 10-15 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.

Makes 4 servings.
