| Fruity Pork Chops | ||||||||
| 4 (6 ounce) boneless pork chops 2 tablespoons oil Salt and pepper 2 cups apple juice 1-1/2 teaspoons mustard seed 1 tablespoon chives, chopped 1 baking apple, peeled and sliced 1/2 cup golden raisins Heat oil in sauté pan. Brown chops approximately 3 minutes on each side over medium heat until evenly browned. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Combine the rest of the ingredients. Pour over chops. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Remove chops to serving platter. With a slotted spoon, remove fruit from the pan and arrange attractively around the pork chops. Makes 4 servings. |
