| Cranberry Roast Pork | |||||||
| 4 pounds boneless pork roast 2 teaspoons cornstarch 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel 2 tablespoons orange juice 2 tablespoons dry sherry 1 (16 ounces) can whole cranberry sauce Cook all ingredients (except roast) to thicken. Pour over roast and bake at 325 degrees until roast reaches 160 degrees with a meat thermometer. Approximately 2 to 2-1/2 hours. |
