| Baked Pork Chops and Potatoes | |||||||
| 4 to 6 medium pork chops 2 to 3 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced 2 to 3 medium onions thinly sliced 1 (10 3/4 ounces) can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 can white wine or water Salt and Pepper to taste Lightly brown chops in frying pan. Lightly grease bottom of 9x13x2-inch baking dish. Layer sliced potatoes, onions and pork chops in that order. Mix soup with the wine and pour over all. Cover and bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes until vegetables are tender and pork chops are cooked through. Makes 4 to 6 servings. |
