Baked Pork Chops

4 pork chops
Mustard
1 package Stove Top Stuffing
1 small jar applesauce
1 cup water

Rub chops with mustard. Brown chops in frying pan with oil. Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Cut slit in pork chops and stuff with Stove Top Stuffing. Place in baking dish. Add 1 cup water to drippings from frying pork chops and pour over the chops. Cover pork chops and stuffing evenly with applesauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or at 275 degrees for 3 hours.
