| 10 caramel candies, each cut into 4 pieces 1/3 cup flour 3 cups chopped apples (1/2-inch cubes) Jonathan or Rome apples 2/3 cup caramel ice cream topping 2 teaspoons lemon juice 9-inch Pet-Ritz frozen pie crust 1/2 cup chopped pecans Combine caramel candies with flour. Add apples, caramel topping and lemon juice; mix well. Pour into pie crust and sprinkle pecans on top. Bake at 375 degrees on a preheated baking sheet for 40-45 minutes. Do not refrigerate. Makes 8 servings. |
