Laurie's German Cheesecake
Filling
2 eggs
2/3  cup sugar
12 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice

Combine the above six ingredients in a blender and and blend till smooth.

Crust
1-1/4 cup finely crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup melted butter
3 tablespoons sugar

Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the sugar and butter and press firmly and evenly into spring-form-pan. Bake the crust for 5 minutes at 325 degrees.

Cool the crust and then add the filling. Bake for 45-50 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool before serving.
