Cherry Breeze
Crust
1 package graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup sugar
1 stick margarine, melted

Mix well, press firmly in glass pie pan or baking dish. Chill.

Filling
1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup Real Lemon reconstituted lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can cherry pie filling, chilled

Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add milk and blend thoroughly. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust. Chill at least 2-3 hours, until firm. Top with chilled cherry pie filling. Sprinkle top with a handful of crushed graham crackers, if desired.
